Who is responsible

Los Hermanos Parrilleros, an Argentine asado catering service operated by Bruno Goette and Facundo Goette in Barcelona, Spain. Contact: facugoette8@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• Booking enquiry. When you use the booking form, the data you enter (name, email, event type, date, number of guests, place and message) is sent to us via WhatsApp to handle your request. The form does not store anything on a server.
• Browsing data. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location) with anonymised IP.

Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to and managing your catering enquiry — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Measuring site usage to improve it — legal basis: your consent.

Who receives the data

We do not sell your data. Providers that process data on our behalf: Google (Analytics), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, for messaging) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some may process data outside the EU under standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting service. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to facugoette8@gmail.com. You may also withdraw your analytics consent anytime. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
